B.Tech/ Graduate in CompSc. Or PolyTech/Diploma Engineer Electronics & Communication/Telecom ( GET/DET)
Sound Knowledge of IP & TDM
MALE Candidates preferred; must be available for NIGHT SHIFTS.
Job Location Salt Lake, Sec-V, Kolkata.
Eligible for Monthly Stipend. Annual compensation less than 1 lac.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Trunk group performance Real time stats switch and taking corrective action.
Identifying 0% ASR Codes analyzing/follow Up with Carrier
Low ASR/ACD for Inbound and Outbound Traffic with Cause Code Analysis from CDR (Call detail Report)
Analyzing Trunk Group reports from switches.
CMS & Sonus Health Report. Identifying poor performance areas taking corrective action, escalating to the engineering Team for closer.
Carrier Configuration , Provisioning , Routing & Testing & Traffic Commissioning ( IP & TDM )
Network Switch Performance Reports - Identifying NOC equipment Alarms from Alarm Server (Switch)
Customer handling & complaint resolution with proper response time.
